The crew clocks in with a PIN
Nobody on the crew needs a login to FarmingMode. They find their name, type four digits, and they are on the clock. At the end of the period you export the hours and send them on.
30 days free, no credit card. No per-user charge, however big the crew gets.
What the Time Clock module gives you
- No logins to hand out — a four-digit PIN is all a seasonal hand needs. Nothing to install, nothing to chase up in November.
- Hours in one place — off the whiteboard, off the text messages, out of somebody's memory.
- Payroll in a spreadsheet — name, date, time in, time out and total hours, for any date range you pick.
- Fix a missed punch on the spot — override the time on the same screen, without waiting until you are back at a desk.
- See who is on the clock — every employee card shows in or out, right now.
- Costs nothing extra per person — add the whole crew without watching a seat count.
Pick a name, type the PIN, done. Employee names are demo data.
In, out, and the hours in between
Each punch
- Employee
- From the crew list you set up once.
- Action
- Clock in or clock out.
- Date and time
- Stamped when it happens, or overridden if somebody forgot.
- Current status
- Every card shows whether that person is in or out right now.
Each employee
- Full time or part time
- The clock screen filters by it, so a long list stays manageable.
- PIN
- Four digits, changeable whenever you need.
- Employee info
- Their own screen, plus a time search for when you need to look something up.
Somebody forgot to punch out
It happens every week. Correct it where you are already standing, with an override time. There is also a view-all-employee-times screen when you want the whole crew on one page instead of one person at a time.
Any date range, one employee or all of them
Open it in Excel or Google Sheets and hand it to whoever does the payroll.
- Employee hours, any date range
- One employee or the whole crew
Worth being straight about
Time Clock exports a spreadsheet. It does not connect to a payroll provider, it does not calculate wages, and there is no accounting integration. If your payroll service takes a spreadsheet, this fits. If it needs a direct feed, it does not.
