Get hold of a person

There is no contact form here and no ticket queue. Send an email and it goes straight to the people who build FarmingMode.

We reply within one business day.

  • Already a customer? — try the Help section inside the app first. It is searchable, written in plain English, and filtered so you only see help for what you actually have access to.
  • Thinking about it? — email and say what your operation does. It is quicker to tell you straight whether it fits. If it does not, we would rather say so.
  • Billing and subscriptions — module changes and renewal dates live in the Owner Portal. Cancelling and card changes go through the Stripe billing portal from there.
  • Privacy and your data — questions about what is held, or a request to delete an account, go to the same address. See the privacy policy.

What to put in the email

If something is going wrong, the farm name on the account, which module and screen you were on, and roughly when it happened will get you a useful answer much faster. A photo of the screen is fine.

Our story

Built by a farmer's son from Michigan

“I grew up on the farm, went and studied computer science, and came back to find the records still being kept on the back of a feed bag.”
Jesse Grekowicz — Agricode LLC

I know what the notebook in the truck looks like by November, because I have been the one trying to read it.

When I came back and looked at how the work was actually being written down, the gap was obvious. Loads on the back of a feed bag. Hours on a whiteboard in the shop. Last year's numbers in a drawer, if anybody could find the drawer.

There was software out there, but it was built for someone else. It assumed a scale on every farm. It assumed you wanted maps and dashboards. It assumed you had somebody whose job was to sit at a computer.

So I built this one. Every screen works the same way, because you learn it once and then you already know the rest. It runs on the phone in your truck. It costs the same whether you have two people or twenty. And everything you put in comes back out as a spreadsheet, because that is what a grower, an accountant and a payroll service actually want.

It is built for farmers. That is the whole idea.
