What the Crop Management module gives you
- A spray record with the conditions on it — date, field, wind, temperature and every product with its rate, written down at the time rather than remembered later.
- Know which hybrid did what — crops and varieties are tracked separately, and seasons stay apart, so you can compare across fields and years.
- Everything ties back to a field — planting, spraying, harvest and baling all hang off the same field list.
- Any crop, by the load: corn, soybeans, wheat or whatever you grow. Full weight, empty weight, moisture, where it was delivered and which storage spot it went into, in bushels, tons, cwt or pounds.
- Find the bales in February: material, shape, weights and the storage location, recorded when you baled them.
- A field's whole season on one page: the Field Summary puts planting, spraying, harvest and baling for a field together, plus forage and manure if you have those modules, ready to print.
- Season totals on any screen: planting, spraying, harvest and baling totals, on screen or downloaded to Excel.

Four kinds of day, all the same shape

Harvest and baling

- The truck or tractor, full and empty weight, moisture and scale ticket number, where it was delivered and which storage spot it went into.
- Crop and variety
- Filled in from planting when the field was planted this season.
- Your unit
- Each crop is counted in bushels, tons, cwt or pounds, and FarmingMode does the conversion.
- Bales, per load
- Material and shape, number of bales, full and empty weight in pounds and tons, the truck, and where they are stored.
The wind and the temperature are not just for you
If anybody ever asks about a spray decision later, the conditions on the day are written down next to what went in the tank and at what rate. That is a much better answer than trying to remember.
Worth being straight about
This is a record of what you did. FarmingMode does not do yield mapping, soil sampling or agronomic recommendations, and it does not pull weather from anywhere. The wind and the temperature are typed in by the person who was there.
