Pay for the modules you turn on
One price for the whole farm, billed once a year. There is no per-user charge, so every operator, every driver and your accountant can have an account without you watching a seat count.
Thirty-day free trial. No credit card to start.
Any module can fill any slot
You are not buying a named bundle. Two modules means any two you like: Forage and Time Clock, or Manure and Crop Management, whichever suits the operation.
Pick one. Usually the part of the business the notebook is worst at.
Start free trialAny two. A common pairing is the work you bill for plus the hours you pay for.
Start free trialAny three, for operations doing most of this work in-house.
Start free trialEverything. Forage, Manure, Time Clock and Crop Management.
Start free trial- No per-user charge — billing is at the account level. Add the whole crew, and your accountant, without watching a seat count.
- Every module, same price — what changes the cost is how many you turn on, not which ones.
- See what you have not bought — modules you are not subscribed to still sit in the menu, greyed out. Nothing hidden, nothing nagging.
- Handled through Stripe — checkout and billing run through Stripe, and card details never touch FarmingMode.
Thirty days, no credit card
Registering does not ask for a card. You set the farm up, run some real days through it, and decide at the end of the month. Nothing bills automatically because there is nothing on file to bill.
The things people ask before signing up
Can I add a module later?
Yes. Modules are managed from the Owner Portal inside the app, which is also where you can see which modules you are subscribed to and when they renew.
A module added part-way through the year is billed in full, not prorated for the remaining months.
Is there a charge per user?
No. The subscription is priced at the account level, by how many modules the farm has turned on. Adding people costs nothing, whether they are Managers, Users or read-only Viewers.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Nothing is charged automatically, because starting a trial does not collect a card. To carry on, the account owner picks the modules and pays through Stripe checkout from the Owner Portal.
How do I cancel?
Through the Stripe billing portal, which you reach from the Owner Portal in the app. That is also where you change the card on file or update billing details.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, through Stripe checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by FarmingMode.
Is it billed monthly?
No, annually. The prices above are per year for the whole farm.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. There are more than fourteen Excel exports across the four modules, and they are available the whole time you have a subscription. Your farm's records belong to you.
Do I need to install anything?
No. FarmingMode is a web app and runs in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer. There is no app to download. It does need a signal, though: it will not record anything while you are out of service.
